Alas could do with longer slots ( i am a coeliac so use toastie bags) the old toaster had longer slots ,we have to fold bags to fit.
Price
This was a little more expensive but worth it as it is more substantial and is more visually pleasing.

It does not go on cooking the toast and necessitates me having to fish out the slice manually

I think this is caused by the fact that i do not use ready sliced bread which means that some slices are not wholly uniform
