Overall very happy with the purchase. Had my machine since october 2020. One drawback is that my consumption has gone way up. Otherwise still very happy.
This was purchased as a first experiment with having an espresso machine at home. A great machine, easy to use, makes a great variety of expresso based drinks.
makes a great tasting coffee, screen is very responsive. The drinks are cafe quality and are dead simple to make using this beauty.

Feels well built with great results from grinding to extraction.
A great machine, easy to use, makes a great variety of expresso based drinks .
Once i dialed the grind down to a 2 on the grinder everything fell into place.
We’ve owned the machine for a few years now brewing on average about 5 times a day.
Price
Saved me 520$ a month which is what i was spending on starbucks for myself, also no long waits in the drive thur since the pendemic.
Price is pretty high but makes the best coffee extraction.
Touch screen is worth more money .

What i usually do is i put the mug in the microwave for about a minute to make it warm before making the coffee
