Pros
Jug rinses out easily after use with no danger of killing any electronics, because they're in the base, not the jug. Wide open milk jug gives exceptional access to clean away any milk remnants.
Love the big jug capacity - makes 2 mugs of hot chocolate perfectly. Works well with chocolate shavings, you just have to try what ingredients work well directly. People are complaining about cocoa powder clogging up.
Everything works magnetically. Also love the magnetic tip holder.
This frother is absolutely terrific. Silky smooth froth, better than my aerocino machine.
We have flat * but like our milk textured to a really silken consistency. It froths milk beautifully, quickly, and at the perfect temperature.
Cons
Takes forever to froth milk. Then i have to froft again because this does not hold enough milk for 4 lattes. Breville warranty only 12 months for this product.

The machine also is not really suitable for just one small cup as the milk level needs to be at a certain height and this is often too much milk for just the one cup

I doubt that even 1 in 1000 people would use the function of taking out the elite to plop something in while the milk is frothing

They also burnt the milk slightly making cleaning them after use a pain and wed have to use our nails to scrape the milk stuck to the bottom away

So when the second one died rather than replace it again we decided to spend a little more money and get a proper one
