It is made of stainless and plastic.
The pods fit at the top and the machine will not work unless it is locked in place.

I bought this for myself as a birthday present as it had a great sale price.

It's on the pricey side but worth it ,i love it and really recomend it.
I've been eyeing this machine for a while (smaller version) but could not justify the price tag.
Packaging/appearance
A selection of 8 espresso and 4 coffee pods of different flavors are included in the box.
As an added bonus, this came with a 12 pod sample pack (8 different espressos and 4 coffee).
After unpacking, i washed all the parts and it took them about an hour to air dry completely.
The machine was so well packed, the box is really heavy.
Competitiveness
I own a lot of breville products and they didn't disappoint on this one at all.
Perhaps more money than i would have liked to spend, but if the other coffee maker lasted 10 years, i'd certainly get my money's worth.
But if i decide that i want to go back to an espresso machine, then i’ll be trading up to the breville oracle.

Fairly straightforward coffee maker the negative is heating the coffee and milk cannot be done simultaneously fairly common on most coffee makers in this price range

I think since there is a milk frother more water collects in the tray therefore you need to empty it out more often

Milk frother wand needs to be wiped each time after use with a damp cloth but the wand is very hot so you have to be careful not to touch it

Yes i did have one of those more popular personal pod brewers however when i tried the breville you brew machine i was immediately sold on the quality of the coffee and convenience then i trashed my k cups

Until recentlyi thought i would never go back to being one of those pod people however this breville nespresso vertuo creatista brewer tipped the scale for me
