Pros

My mom owns fancy brewville expresso machine that retails for $600. No longer need starbucks for my morning speciality coffee. Much better than drip coffee at starbucks.

Nespresso's new capsule machine has a hemispherically-shaped pod. The coffee has such a deep, rich flavor, regardless of which pod i choose. I also love the fact that n espresso recycles the coffee capsules.

No more messy coffee grinds and the coffee is tasty. I use the aeroccino to froth half and half and it's delicious with coffee. Do yourself a favor and order the double walled joy jolt glass cups.

Cons

This thing is such a dissapointment. Disappointed with the coffee and even more so with the customer service. Amazon is really disappointing with quality control.

The flavor of the capsules are atrocious. To replace them is quite expensive. The pods are expensive and i have to agree with others that the coffee is not hot enough.

Lastly, when i bought this machine on amazon the price was so much cheaper than from nespresso.

Yes it’s on the pricey side but the per coffee price is well under what you’d pay for fast coffee (starbucks, dunkin, etc.

Competitiveness

Any high-end hotel looking to buy new coffee machines should go with this one!

I joined a nesspresso group on facebook and get lots of tips & ideas from other people with nespresso machines.

Starbucks vertuo pods are not as good as nespresso brand, in my opinion.
