Pros

Easy to use with just one button. Super happy with my purchase. I use the my cap refill covers and that saves me a lot of money.

At amazon. Com. Uses aeroccino to froth half and half and it's delicious with coffee. Made by starbuck's coffee company.

Yes, the pods are pricey but worth the expense. The coffee has such a deep, rich flavor, regardless of which pod i choose. Pods are easy to order from amazon or using the nespresso app.

Cons

It just drains all of the water out of the tank when i try to make a cup of coffee. I will have to * up the foam first before i could get to the coffee, it is not a pleasant experience.

There is a programmed cleaning function that doesn't help push the grinds out. The product registration is backwards, you first have to chooser the exact name and color of the machine you own. I hope this customer service disaster is an individual cas... Read More

Quality machine and i’ve contacted nespresso and this is done by design.

I think the instructions could be a little clearer, especially for the frother (aerocino i think they call it).

Price

Lastly, when i bought this machine on amazon the price was so much cheaper than from nespresso.

Really enjoy the convenience and reasonably price custom coffee.

Packaging/appearance

If you don’t mind reusing your pods to save money this is the perfect solution.
