When i first unboxed the machine and set it up i ran a tank of water through it as instructed and it left about a quarter of an inch in the bottom

I wouldn’t take off 1 star because of the defect from shipped coffee machine from amazon and didn’t keep coffee warm

My only negative is the caraffee neck is a bit too small to stick your hand in to wash so i had to buy a bottle washer to reach the inside
