Hesitated to give 5 stars without having more experience with it, but it is very impressive right out of the box.

As others have stated, packaging and appearance of everything was not distinguishable from new (as opposed to refurbished).

I can just put everything right in the dishwasher and it's out of the way.

Competitiveness

I guess if you use it for cooking it's not a problem, but i definitely won't be using it for things i can turn into a smoothy like berries.

However, it will not juice leafy greens so it that's what you're after look at a masticating juicer.

If you want smoothies from leafy greens, get a vitamix or similar blender.
