Not sure im doing it right but very happy with the taste.
I have been very happy with this product.
This oven (not a toaster oven) is just awesome, i could not be happier with the quality of a refurbished unit.
Have had the breville smart oven for nearly a year and am very pleased with the operation of the appliance.
Price
The refurbished price is by far the lowest price i could find.
My judgement is it’s actually worth the price.
Competitiveness
This is not a long term useage review.
Bought this as a replacement for a ge oven i had for at least 10 years and worked like a champ.

But the ovens heating elements have hoods so i am hoping they will prevent burning

I didnt purchase the next size up namely the breville 650 as i am adamantly not interested in a convection which in my opinion is all gimmick

When an oven has the convection fan to one side inevitably that side burns in a small countertop oven
