Pros

The brushed stainless steel design adds a touch of elegance to my kitchen countertop. The stainless steel burrs ensure longevity and the heat minimizing feature makes sure my coffee's aroma and flavor don't get compromised.

Breville designs and manufactures a great product. Perfect for lazy sunday brew. Will keep the breville for the rare occasion i want to brew a pot of drip, if i can find my drip machine, that is!

Built in catch tray and other accessories make it an enticing bundle. Large portafilter cradle is a great advantage for those days when i need that extra jolt of caffeine.

The espresso grind comes out like a fine powder with no coarseness. The fact that you can simply push in the puck to start the grind is neat feature!

Cons

Corporate greed wins again, consumers loose. The breville customer service is probably the worst we have ever dealt with. I'm so disappointed because i really love this machine when it works.
