Once the drips are 'burnt' onto the tray (and element guards) from that dish dripping it they are never 'clean' again.
The air fryer works great but you do have to mind that you don't fry anything that drips which can leave out a lot of recipes.

One would think breville could provide better insulation which would also make the product more energy efficient.

Crumb tray so close to heating elements as usual which makes using a drip panpad virtually impossible and crumb tray does not handclean easily since its still not nonstick
