Pros & Cons
Pros
The breville oven is a pleasure to use. I know it is expensive but this is one purchase that i feel was worth the money. This oven is a * oven! It is a lot of money but you will save in electricity.
The oo can make neapolitan pizzas in 90-120 seconds. Heat retention is top-notch, keeping every slice as warm as the first.
The fast cooking time is a lifesaver. The preset pizza functions ensure that your crust is crispy. I am not super stingy with dough, sauce and toppings.
Beautiful leopard spots and a crisp base is super easy to achieve. Just plan on seasoning it again after every use.
Cons

Sudden temperature changes will seriously crack the thing into pieces.

Price
I was hesitant because of the cost, but it has really upped my pizza game.
This was the best money i’ve spent on my pizza hobby.
It will go on sale for $800 from time to time, so i put it on camelcamelcamel, waited for the deal, and got it for $799.
I know it is expensive but this is one purchase that i feel was worth the money.
Shipping
I have used it 5-6 days a week since i received it.
Packaging/appearance
Love how the package includes most everything to make a great at=home pizza.
Competitiveness
Very close to some of the best pizza restaurants and hands down better than most of them.

There are pros there who are using it to produce pizzas that rival their wood-fired oven pizzas.
