Pros & Cons
Pros
Bought this after reaching the limits of what can be done in a conventional oven. Breville is a great company, great engineering and great qa over their factory in china. There are several companies who make appropriate sized steels, and i will go tha... Read More
Beautiful leopard spots and a crisp base is super easy to achieve. The outside is all stainless so that's a snap to clean. The white ones (different color coating) are ex-us, but perform the same.
Breville's are not usually discounted. If you don't want an outdoor oven it's worth it. It is a lot of money but you will save in electricity.
Cons
After three uses the pizza stone cracked in two. After two uses it cracked in three. After four uses itcracked in four.

Competitiveness

It comes with an 1134 cast iron pan that is high quality and works well but square or rectangular pizza pans any bigger than 8 inches will not fit in the oven
