Pros & Cons
Pros
The toaster has a preview button which gives you a sneak peek of how cooked the toast is before lowering it. It also has an automatic toasting option. Overall, the toaster feels like it is great quality.
It takes long slices of bread because off course we only eat artisan loafs. It's thick so you can mess up the slicing and still get it in the slot.
Cons
There is a very small crumb tray below the base, but it catches maybe only 5% of crumbs, debris. Unfortunately this toaster burns edges or the middle of the bread while not browning another parts at all and leaving some parts browned nicely.
Highlights
Quality
We have bought over many years, two ikon models with which we were very happy.
