Pros & Cons
Pros
It's not obnoxious, but if you're in a 2br apartment with a roommate, they're gonna hear it. Other say it's heavy, but it's no heavier than my ninja. The only downside is that it seems louder than i expected.
The brushed stainless steel design adds a touch of elegance to my kitchen. It's the power and beauty combined that makes this blender a kitchen must-have! This blender is excellent, akin to a superhero among kitchen appliances.
The power/timer knob is really well designed. The 12 speed settings offer a flexibility that feels truly premium. The powerful 1800w motor ensures that everything blends smoothly and effortlessly.
The lid fits very securely on top, with almost a feeling of suction. There’s a great safety feature that you can’t turn the base on until the jug is securely in place. One is the spout.
The main container can hold 64 ozs. The smoothie container is also big enough to make two smoothies which is nice.
Highlights
Quality

The lid and ring pull are innovative, aiding in handling.
It effortlessly pulverizes anything i throw at it, from frozen fruits to tough nuts.
The ninja blade design is the magic and downfall - excellent mixing but would seize and overheat the motor.

Way overpriced to begin with then wanted $129 more for a smoothie container.
Because of the price i bought a ninja for my home and i’m so disappointed doesn’t make a smooth smoothie.
Competitiveness
The result with this mixer is much smoother than the ninja.
I was tossing up between this and a vitamix.
Yes, it is expensive, but it feels far more solid than the ninja (as it should) and with a 10 year warranty, i would think it h... Read More
I didn't measure sound levels, but it seems like the breville is a bit less loud than the ninja and the sound is a bit less irritating.
