Pros & Cons
Pros
The impress system is fantastic. The brushed stainless steel design adds a touch of elegance to my countertop. The espresso it produces is absolutely divine.
Breville machines are durable & efficient. It's foolproof. This machine really eliminates a lot of the guess work.
This coffee powerhouse doesn't just produce quality espresso; it delivers it with a consistent 100% excellence. Breville barista express makes coffee for your taste with minimal touch.
The breville makes an excellent cup of espresso, americano and cappuccino. The machine is well made, the coffee grind is superb and the cappuccino or americano is fantastic. It makes for a perfect cup of espresso every time.
Cons
There are still inconsistencies with the extraction time and steam wand performance. The machine keeps moving on the countertop, when you remove the portafilter from the tamp station.

Competitiveness
After i 5 different espresso machines and even expensive automated espresso machines this brewille impress is my favorite.
It's every easy to use and clean comparing other machines.
If breville released an upgraded model with those features but no touch screen, i'd be all over it.
The only non-touch model that seems to have this feature is the classic oracle.
