Pros & Cons
Pros
As a newbie to the whole espresso pulling, i was able to figure out the process fairly quickly. The machine is pretty easy to use, with useful features in the menu. This step is the trial and error until you are satisfied.
Oat milk lattes are on par with any whole milk latte from the local coffee stores. Still working on the latte art though. Also, starbucks beans are old the day you buy them. Brushed stainless steel color.
This is a very well-engineered espresso machine. Right side knob for steam and hot water. The steam is much stronger than previous. Temperature measurement method is a preheated espresso cup.
The grind countdown timer helps in that we can set a time that is two seconds less than full, tamp and watch the countdown timer for another two seconds. The espresso side has lots of adjustments for grinding and the actual pull.
Cons
This is not a stellar company and i would steer clear of purchasing anything from them. My only option is a full refund and either but a new one at full price and gamble that it too won't fail.
Within 6 months it was broken, not steaming, not working. The coffee comes out cold, even when set for the highest temperature. The grind dial also changes without anyone touching it. Sour and almost cold.

However, for the price-point, i am not sure i am going to get a better machine without spending several thousand to get the fea... Read More
Price
I would definitely recommend for this price.
Packaging/appearance
It worked right out of the box.
Right out of the group head screen, i’ve measured temps between 165 ~ 204 f (74 ~ 96 c) — and pretty consistently get 195 f (91 c).
Competitiveness
I am also purchasing a bottomless portafilter for the machine so i can more easily customize the settings.
This is a very well-made machine that exceeds our expectations with its performance.
So, maybe there are some “life changing” products.
We had been using a chemex for several years, and i'd forgotten how weak-tasting pour-over coffee can be until we bought this b... Read More
