Quality
Overall extremely happy with the product, and - with a bit of tinkering around, an awesome money saver from buying coffee.
I have been through a couple of espresso machines but none of them can match the quality espresso output of the breville 920xl.
The only issue i had with the dual boiler machine is after doing the first descale, it would not build any pressure at all.
I called customer service, and spoke to a representative i thought there may be something wrong with the pump.
Price
The machine in not an italian job, but then again neither is the price.

There are many other programable features as well what i have mentioned.
I was also using the larger portafilter basket.
I hope i won’t have more issuesupdate to my post.
Its recommended that you do a regular manual clean, which is an arduous task, but worth it considering the price of the machine.

As for those that say that breville has bad customer service you need to appreciate that not all representatives are the same some are bitter and not helpful at all
