Pros
Appliance is small and compact. I just choose what i want to cook and the app gives step by step directions. Magnetic base although it does have a clip to attach it to the container.
Cons
The support is very limited with telephone support only available during weekdays. For such a reputable company, it is a shame that they cannot get their technology right. Product is inherently flawed imo.

The accuracy of the app in setting the exact right times/temps makes every meal come out perfect.
So far i love it, does exactly what it’s supposed to do and the quality is what you’d expect from breville.

I cooked steaks which were perfectly medium rare, something i’ve rarely been able to achieve on the grill.

I wondered if it would be an issue in that it only works off an app no switch or settings on the actual unit but my son doesnt mind that at all in fact he prefers to use an app regardless

Although there was a slight hiccup connecting to the app the joule turbo needs to connect through the breville app not the joule app but once connected it couldn’t be simpler

There are dozens of recipes available on the breville and joule apps and i’m looking forward to trying more
