Pros

Its brushed stainless steel design is sleek. It's pricey, but worth it, especially since i was able to snag it on a rare discount.

This oven is an upgrade in size from my older toaster oven. It's like having a personal chef in my kitchen, but without the chef hat and apron. The toaster features work fine, but it takes longer to toast in this oven because of its size.

Cons

The buzzer sound is a lot louder than other breville's. There is a high frequency sound coming from within the unit as soon as it is plugged in. When the lcd backlight comes on, the whine is even louder.

There is no secondary bottom, so everything that goes into the oven will drip/crumb/spill onto the removable tray, or the counter if (god forbid) you have to remove the tray while cooking. The air fry setting sounds like a jet taking off in my kitchen... Read More

The door is flimsy to the point of feeling cheap. The aluminum is clearly thinner. This is unpredictable & not fixable fixable = a horrible electronic design oversight.

This is a glorified toaster oven. The toast takes way too long, doesn't toast evenly, and worst of all, it's dried out and tastes nothing like it does coming from a regular toaster.

This product is excellent with its lcd display and 11 cooking functions.

The air fry function takes a while to heat up, but works great!

We purchased the ninja version and after a year the dials stopped working correctly.

This thing buzzes with a very high pitched noise.

Price

It's pricey, but worth it, especially since i was able to snag it on a rare discount.

But, i guess perfection comes at a price, both literally and metaphorically.

Packaging/appearance

The build quaility and packaging were top notch as were the various attachments and i think it would have served us well.

The included accessories were like cherries on top of a perfectly baked cake.

Competitiveness

I tried other brands that cost less and had great reviews - but i hated them all.

As with most breville products, this one is better.
