Pros

The even heating feature is a game changer. It transitions smoothly from stove to oven. Stainless steel is inherently heavier than the anodized aluminum cookware.

Cons

As some others have commented, it works only on very low heat, discolors easily and is horrible to clean when used with certain foods - therefore it's effectively useless.

It is a good heavy clad pan that works very on our older electric stove but should also work with the new induction ranges as well.

It's made with durable construction, you know it's built to last.

If price is not an issue, i highly recommend this.
