Pros & Cons

Pros

The quality level is outstanding. That's a tradeoff i can live with because it performs so well. It's sleek looking too and is likely to last you for a lifetime.

It's a good size and it’s easy to clean. It cleans so easily. It spreads the heat throughout the pan and retains heat longer, so that it doesn't fluctuate a lot. Make sure to season it with oil before frying at high temperatures.

The handle is solid and curved so nicely it fits right into the palm of my hand. It is fitted into the pan with two large rivets and there is no wobble or movement. Heavy and swell-made.

The breville clad stainless steel saute pan has no problem going into the dishwasher. The bottom is completely flat which is important on a glass cooktop. I love heavy sturdy cookware.

Cons

As some others have commented, it works only on very low heat. It discolors easily and is horrible to clean when used with certain foods - therefore it's effectively useless.

Quality

The price point could be a bit lower, but when you consider the quality and longevity of the pan, it's worth every penny.

It's the highest quality pan i've used and it makes a difference.

Did not last too long, got scarred up, and i am fairly respectful of the surface.

Don't get me wrong, the quality is worth every penny, but a lower price would make it even more irresistible.
