Pros & Cons
Pros
It is sleek and beautiful and performs well. Both are very sturdy builds and worth the money. The handle probably gets really hot and you'll need to use a mitt.
It is pricey so it is the only breville pan i have right now. The one drawback is that it does not include a glass lid. But if you do, this pan is as good as you can get, and less expensive than pans from all-clad and other high-end makers.
Perfect for everyday use, nonstick, easy to clean and lightweight. To never need spray again and never worrying about food sticking is fabulous.
All you have to do is wash it after taking it out of the box. This is what you want for a nonstick fry pan.
The 9” handle is almost as long as the pan is wide, and anchored to the base with seamless rivets.
Cons
This pan is junk. Smelled like chemicals. Even after washing.
Highlights
Quality
I'm going to order other sizes now that i know how awesome the quality is.
We are always impressed with the quality and well thought out designs of their products.
Please note that i show a lid in some of my pictures and that lid does not come with the skillet.
Competitiveness
But if you do, this pan is as good as you can get, and less expensive than pans from all-clad and other high-end makers.
I have an air/fryer convection oven and a teamaker.
I have fallen head over heels for breville products.

I bought a calphalon brand glass lid for 12inch frying pans but the metal lip of the lid does not quite fit into the rim of the frying pan and so it is not a good seal and it is poorly balanced
