Pros
This is a good kettle, it is easy to use and boils quickly. No messing about boiling too much water and pouring into cup.
Cons
It's difficult to fill and really noisy. This dispenser only give you warm water not hot. Not versatile enough.

Would recommened for the price of around £30
So for the price i paid it was well worth it

If you have filtered water like a brita jug i would use that water as not only does it taste better it should help the dispenser last longer from less limescale

He was unsteady on his feet and filling and lifting a heavy kettle was too much for him
