The water indicator is on one side only so this kettle suits someone who pours with their right hand i pour with my left hand so i cant see the water level what is the point of a kettle that leaves the water tasting horrible great great kettle my only grumble would be that it took a good few days of use to finally get rid of the metallic taste from being a new kettle
