Pros
Love the colour, it’s kind of a pale mushroom grey taupe colour. The water boils quickly so no long wait. I’ve had delonghi kettles as long as i can remember now and hoped the plastic one would be quieter, i'm not sure it is.
Cons
The breville toaster has a grove all the way around it where your crumbs get stuck so you have to tip it upside down to get them off or use a brush nozzle on your hoover. The manufacturer is refusing to do anything with it and claims it's amazon's res... Read More
Lid is difficult to remove and makes a whistling noise when plugged in. Filter doesn't cover the entire spout, so steam goes straight to the bottom of your kitchen cabinets. Overpriced plastic kettle.

On offer for a decent price the quality is very good.
A very good quality product, looks good, well built, easy to clean and value for money.
Works well otherwise just somehow left me feeling a bit disappointed.
Competitiveness
Couldn't be simpler to use - have had a dualit for years but it gave up the ghost.
Boils quickly but it's a bit more 'plasticy' than i expected somehow.

It is quite light so if you press down the sliders too forcefully it can tip

This is a good toaster but if your bread is not completely flat and square it gets stuck in toaster i dont believe people who reviewed this actually did as they would have had the same problem i give it four stars it would have been five stars otherwise i have to unplug it and use a wooden handle of a spoon to get the toast out its irritating i cant review the matching kettle i bought at same time as you try to review it it shows the toaster instead the kettle gets five stars

As im sure most people do i fill from the spout rather than lift the lid every time but with this kettle the water tends to spray out unless the spout is held at the right angle

Honestly its rather annoying when you go to fill up and find water sprays everywhere unless you have the tap on low or tilt it just right
