Easy to use, use a jug to fill dispenser up and it makes one cup at a time which is great, keeps drinks hot, boiling infact.
This works a treat and very fast boiling water 250ml in cup saves messing with kettle when you have health issues 👍🏻😀

I bought this after having to return the cheaper breville hot water dispenser because of the awful noise it made.
Good as this model is, i prefer the older models that gave varying quantities.

However i found it doesn’t stay hot as long as a cup of tea from the kettle but if you stop the water when the cup is half full and start it again turn off when cup is full we found it then retains the heat just like the kettle
