An excelent toaster ,not to large but a good size to accomadate different thicknesses of bread.
This is quite a retro looking toaster, but with a with a modernised feel that won't leave it looking out of place on a worktop.

The things to note are the extra high lift is really good even managed to get a cheap ie thin and small crumpet out of the toater without burning my fingers

But hey ho this is a machine that makes toast from bread and surely only the vainest of people would be worried to the hilt that their friends would go home having visited for an evening meal of toast mocking the toasters lack of beauty

Whereas there is no option for the user to extract the toast to check progress by pressing the top heat selection this stops the process and ejects the toast allowing examination and turning over

It is matt and doesnt look as premium as it could have if say the coloured element had been polished

The only feature which is possibly missing from this particular model and which ive come across on other breville toasters is the ability to lift the bread out of the toaster without cancelling the toasting cycle

Maybe you need to pay a bit more money to get this feature
