Pros

These supplements are definitely legit. I also take this along with coq10 and magnesium and it has also reduced my blood pressure. Daily supplement for brain health.


Cons

Smelled like rotten fish, had no expiration date listed and did not work. The smell is so bad that i'm hesitant to breathe while taking the pill. No difference in body recompositon.
