Not that i have given up on gym there is just not enough hours in day during summertime for work and life but this is a great product i would also try with a cla just saying cause thats the advice i was given

Like many people i take a slew of supplements and its difficult to be systematic about adding and subtracting individual ones in order to tell whats doing what

On top of that you have supplements working synergistically so it all gets very convoluted and confusing
