Cons

Taking just one of these softgels gave me horrible heartburn. Manufacturer will 'claim' it to be vegetable glycerin on the label. Has silica capsules and ingesting silica is not good for you.

The product is non-returnable. I hate auto ship and it seems impossible to stop auto ship once you have it. Not consuming it.
