Pros & Cons
Pros
Suitcase is awesome, streamlined, light-weight suitcase. Great for business travel with built in suiter and external case to hold power cords.
I love that it's sturdy and don't worry about it breaking if i have to lub it over a curb. Wheels that handle city tolls and belgium blocjs are crucial for me. The 2 wheels are also very sturdy.
Cons
Briggs & riley's senior management has no business being in a managerial position. This represents an embarrassing failure to stand behind an expensive product, particularly for a company that promotes customer service and its guarantee policy as ... Read More
The wheel base is too narrow, making the bag incredibly unstable. This instability means that it can barely tolerate another smaller bag stacked on top. Even if the bag is lightly packed the handle is very uncomfortable. It's downright painful even af... Read More
The suitcase tips over constantly. The handle feels much more flimsy than the old one. Should've gotten the spinner, it hurts my hands having to pull this suitcase from behind.

Highlights
Quality
The quality is first class and it rolls easily.
I could not be more impressed with the quality and the commitment of this company!
Disappointed that they are discontinuing the 2 wheel product.
The 2 wheel version was delayed in shipping, so i went with the 2 wheel version.
Price
It is durable, easy to pack, and worth the cost for piece of mind.
Shipping
I had to pay the shipping to them (which is fair, since i pick the method and speed of shipping) and they paid the return.
Packaging/appearance
Able to fit multiple dress shirts in the suiter.
Competitiveness
I'm cabin crew, and over the years have had a multitude of travelpro roll-a-board bags.
It had enough room for me to travel on a 10’day trip to dubai with nothing but this carry-on and a back pack.
