I’ve sent it in for service once, what a great experience.
For my 2 week trip to europe, the lightest i got was 12kg so i ended up checking the bag anyway.

I don’t own any briggs & riley luggage, and i am a very frequent traveler, so my luggage and packing systems are robust.
The flat bottom interior design (no intrusion from telescoping handle mounts) is great & really maximizes packing volume.
I packed the bag in its extended position with a dirty laundry bag inside and just crushed it down.

I purchased it for a recent overseas trip and it fit under every seat i took 8 flights but one that one seat was on a small puddlejumper and i was seated in an odd seat with a protruding bracket under the seat ahead of mine

I wanted an underseat cabin bag because i am very short 5034 and it isnt always feasible or easy to ask someone to help me get my bag into the overhead cabinets

I wish i had gotten the larger underseat bag as the salesperson suggested but i wasnt confident that the larger underseat bag would fit easily under the seats

The suitcase is high quality my only issue is the wheels aren’t 360 my fault for not reading better but i suppose i assumed for the cost……
