Pros & Cons
Pros
This is a highly durable suitcase, that holds a lot. The trunk glides on hard surfaces and can withstand being on 2 wheels fully loaded. The case is lightweight, rolls with no resistance, and stood up great to lots of * on a ski trip to niseko.
Well designed, super roomy, and lightweight. I like the exterior laptop pocket, but i wish it had an additional grab handle on the side.
Briggs & reilly torque comes with a lifetime warranty. There are two large zippered pockets that run the length of the lid, and there is a useful set of dual flaps to hold down the contents in the main space (not the lid space) it is even packaged... Read More
Cons
The case is light, but it is very fragile. The suitcase itself feels flimsy due to weird thick zipper- it wobbles awkwardly. Nice idea but flawed execution, and certainly not for the laughable price.
One end is always up because the zipper hinge does not fully unzip. This one is a piece of junk. I'm beyond frustrated that this luggage arrived, and it seems impossible to get it unlocked and setup with a new lock code!

There are holes and multiple cracks in the sides.
Price
The price is fair for what you get.
For the price, this should be an incredible carry-on spinner.
Shipping
The product arrived earlier than expected also included a small gift has a token of their appreciation.
Packaging/appearance
You are definitely held accountable when packing this bag.
Leave your hairdryer at home unless you are a packing wizard.
I thought it was black when it arrived, until i looked at it in direct sunlight, then you can see the subtle matte green coloring.
You can pack things on both sides, rather than the "bucket" configuration.
Competitiveness
These bags are expensive but worth it since the company stands by their lifetime warranty unlike some of their competitors.
It exceeds the standard size limit for most airlines.
