I would consider this a tweeze and squeeze mirror for the fact the light color temperature is not adjustable, it is a bright white light.

No instructions came and i didnt know where the cord was and i thought it was a micro plug and i looked forever to try and figure out where this plug went

You would never known this until you had right cord and it plugs in one of the rivets holding the mirror on swivel part

The adjustable light works alright it doesnt cast far out so you wont be using it without another light on
