The lock and the push-pull function seem to contradict each other in their uses.
Bump the knob with your hip and unlatches and ta da the door opens, bump the other way and door closes.

I actually acquired two different models of the door handle, the 23025-119 and the 23021-119.
If brinks has patented this lock, then we will probably not see similar from other manufacturers for a while.
Another big industry wide news was the bump key threat, since which manufacturers have been refining there locks to be bump key resistant.

The door knob itself looks small in the picture but is sizable and bigger than it looks

They dont show this in the pictures but the knob on the opposite side has a slit that you can use with a penny or flat head screwdriver to unlock the door in the event that you ever lock yourself out by accident

After installing it i gave it a test by trying to turn both ways from inside pulling from inside push and turn from outside

When i pushed the handle to open it the handle stuck in and had to be tugged back out
