Pros
Lights are very bright and illuminate the interior very nicely. The increase in brightness is worth it, and it reduces load on the vehicle's electrical system. As with all led's, they are polarity-sensitive, so if they don't work just swap polarity.
Cons
The bulbs are too loose in the light socket. This is causing a flickering of the light.

Very pleased with how they turned out.
I was looking for a good quality replacement of my oem honda pilot interior bulbs which are way too light.
These seem to be a cheaper quality leds but they do the job; i said cheaper because the circuit boards are exposed.
Competitiveness
This kit i bought for a 2018 pilot ex-l.
Excellent in my '16 honda pilot ex-l.

These lights are considered bright white but have a blueish tint to them

I wound up having to use a screwdriver to carefully pry up on the base of the bulb while simultaneously grabbing on the bulb itself with my other hand just helping it out and keeping tension

The oe bulb is much shorter and fits but man its tiny like a couple grains of rice endtoend
