Pros
Used these under my wetsuit for scuba diving. The shorts are crazy comfortable with the spandex inside. The compression shorts part is not a snug fit but the are fine.
The compression is great for if you want to get a little physical on the beach or just to help if you have a little extra in the quad area. As a thick legged guy the liner is ideally. The one pocket on the outside has a pocket that is zippered.
Trunks are stretchy and strong, they are comfy, and they help show off that physique.
These are the answer. Waist 40. I wear a 34 and amazon page recommend a 40.

Not happy to have to constantly return them. Not very impressed with the quality either.
