Sizing is true. The fit is baggy, and this is true even if you have thicker thighs. Wore these all day in the bahamas.
The pink flamingos are a riot and he rocks them on the beach! The trunks themselves seem to be a good material, but maybe a bit thick. Nice fitting swim trunks.
They are long and they are baggy - they are board shorts i wear 38 to 40 inch trouser waists. Bought these shorts for my husband for a cabo trip. The shorts have been put through the washer and dryer with no ill effects.
Fabric is comfortable, wears and washes well with no fading or shrinking. Materials are nice with good stitching. Quick drying, long length swim trucks w compression liner.
Inter liner is a game changer. Comfortable lining, not net, fits nicely. I think the waistband could have been softer.
Cons
Not cream, or beige, or ivory. I'm about average leg-wise &.

The shorts have a quality drawstring so sizing up isn’t a problem.
Having the compression shorts underneath was one of the main reasons i got these, so i dealt with the longer length.

Be aware that due to the compression shorts air gets trapped in between the outside cloth and it is a bit annoying

I still have not found a pair of quick dry swim shorts that really do dry fast

Once summer hits and they are put to the sunshine test i will update the review if i see they really do dry quick
