Pros
Water tastes cleaner and fresher. The only downside is that the lid containing the electronic filter monitor comes detached easier than would be ideal.
It is easy to keep filled and has saved me hundreds of dollars. For it's size and weight it feels very sturdy which i like. The black with bubbles looks classy as well.
Cons
The service i received from the seller is good but the pitcher itself is not like the original i have previously owned. Cheesy product. This is an old product, manufactured 2011 or 2012.
It’s probably the sixth brita pitcher i’ve owned in my life and it by far the worst, the cheapest, the flimsiest. This pitcher was poorly made of cheap lightweight plastic.
It's bulky and doesn't fit in my fridge well. When full it's too heavy. The spout leaks all over.

Quality
This has a good amount of capacity, good filtering speed when i use normal tap water.
The taste of the water is very good and its easy to maintain and refill
Sent it back and the replacement top didn’t work either
The one that i received, the timer on when to switch out the filter didn't work.
Shipping
Item came very fast, packed properly and is as expected.
It was affordable, the delivery was well packaged to prevent any breakage and it came in less than 2 days via prime.
Packaging/appearance
Looks so much better than our old brita water pitcher.
Was an out of box failure but because i didn't really care for that feature, did not complain.
Competitiveness
But i'm glad i paid the extra money for this black model because it really does look so much better than the other white model we had.

The water reservoir seems to hold more water and doesnt poor out if i have some water still left in it and go to use whats already in the pitcher

Last one lasted 8 years then the plastic itself started to break down this is just a replacement i am sure will be fine
