Pros

Great product, great size, easy use/refill. Easily fits on the top shelf of the fridge.

The zerowater brand is best at improving your water's tds. It's leak free and easy enough to use. One complaint is that it doesn't have the indicator light on the top to show when the filter needs to be replaced.

Easy peasy to set up and maintain. Much cheaper than buying bottled water every week. Best tasting water ever.

I like the hinged lid, as all i have to do is flip it back and pour the water in. The only con so far, is that it would be wonderful to have a sturdy handle built in.

Cons

I am pained to inform you that there is a major design and material use flaw in the water dispenser.

There is no any kind of sealant around the reservoir tube where filter goes. Leaked from the spigot within two weeks sadly. Leaking comes from the faucet itself, not the connection to the pitcher.
