Pros

This is slim and easy to assemble and fits inside my refrigerator with ease. It fits in the door of the refrigerator and does exactly what i want it to give me cool, clean water.

Cost savings alone makes the minimal price of this brita pitcher worth every penny. Water quality is the same, so i'm pleased. Brita is a reliable brand - a great value.

The flip-top lid feature makes refilling so much faster and easier. Because it's really easy to overfill it. This version has a cover over the spout which opens as you pour.

Cons

When i close the front part, the rear part pops out and vise versa. Perhaps this design facilitates smooth pouring, but i find it frustrating. Does not fit into the mini-frog, in the fridge or otherwise.

These filters are not cheap. Not really. It certainly isn't worth the price (imho) however, the “longlast’ filter is problematic. It is absolutely ridiculous.
