Its not a real problem though more of a make sure you kind of know how long youve had the filter in case you miss out on the indicatorall in all a great product with some very very minor design flaws

Also dont fill the top part to the brim because it will spill when just placing it back in the fridge but i stopped filling it all the way everytime and it hasnt happened since
