Pros

Bottle itself is well made and filter is easy to install. One time that i did drink straight tap water from this bottle the filter actually helped with the taste!

Leak proof, easy to drink from & clean. Stays cold for a day and even dropped it never messed with the integrity of the product. Great for drinking water from hotel sinks and other questionable sources.

This thing is large though. It is also durable enough to withstand his construction job. Make sure you wash it well before use.

Cons

The lid is flimsy and once it breaks, there's no way to close the bottle. You have to tilt your head so far back to get water to go into the straw, that it comes out of the air hole, and you get water all over you. Want to drink like a gerbil?

The defect rate is quite high. This is very disappointing and i refuse to buy anything else from brita until they make this right.

One of the funny things with the stainless bottle is when i take it hiking, etc.

It’s alittle heavy but keeps things cool for hours!

Even better that it is a bigger size (32oz) than i am used to.
