Pros

Water has been a game changer from the crummy rock flavored city water on tap. Saves money on bottled water for coffee maker. Easy to refill and clean.

The upside is this is a christmas gift for my daughter and i have the time to get the replacement filters as well as some more i ordered of amazon. The pitcher and replacement filters are available here on amazon.

It works beautifully and the filters are affordable. Easy to use, easy to handle. Lightweight and easy to maneuver.

Cons

Not as pictured. Big, bulky and when pouring water the filter falls out. Thank you to the kind man at customer service who graciously assisted me with the necessary return of this alleged consumer product.

With only five ansi/nsf certifications, it’s not nearly as well certified as the longlast or either pur filter. No organic compounds or emerging contaminants. Not a very sanitary way to get water in the pitcher.
