Pros

Water tastes great. I sometimes add a mix (like a lemonade packet) and it tastes like the flavor added.

Much better than lugging gallons of water in from the grocery store! Good product and does not take up a lot ofroom. It also fits in my fridge which is small one. I love the ease of use.

It’s bigger and pours faster than past ones we’ve had. Reminder to replace filter is based on amount poured, not number of times the refill lid is opened, so more accurate.

Cons

Water pours out in three streams because of a * design. The filter stones come out in the water and almost choked. The top leaks from the top where the filter sits.

Packaging/appearance

The box didn't have instructions other than what was on box so i wasn't sure how to set up the smart light, but finally figured it out.

Just check your pitcher when it arrives as the first one we received was cracked.
