Water Quality
Customers have mixed opinions on the water quality filter pitcher, with some praising its ability to improve water taste and suitability for larger households. However, a significant number of customers have reported issues with the durability of the product, including leaking and cracking. Despite these concerns, many continue to use it due to their preference against disposable water bottles.
Filter Durability
Some customers have reported issues with the filter durability of the Brita Marina Water Filter Pitcher, with several experiencing leakage within a short period of use. Despite this, others continue to use the filter holder separately and find it functional.
Highlights
Quality
Works great, now our water tastes better than plain tap water.
Been used for a while, good size and shape, very useful.
It doesn't seem incredibly durable, but as long as it's handled gently it'll be just fine.
Not the light flimsy stuff but actually very good quality.
Price
This one is a decent price, looks nice and has a large enough volume for my houshold.
It’s for sure, value for the money you are spending.
Shipping
I contacted brita customer support by phone and they quickly offered to mail me a refund in a couple of weeks, so overall i'm satisfied.
Packaging/appearance
I took a chance on it, and it arrived in perfect condition.

After 6 months of regular daytoday use the pitcher developed a small vertical crack across the bottom front edge

I suspect this happened because that spot is the usual point of contact when you put down the pitcher

The bottom is completely flat so if there is a little bit of water at the bottom it slides around when you are filling the water it is easy to overfill because it leaks out from the back before the front part looks full

I had a much larger one before that held a lot more water and was stationary in the fridge i miss that one because you could fill it up and it held a lot more

This one is a little bulkier at the bottom than the orhers and takes more counter space so if your space is limited it is probably not for you
