The filter status indicator worked for one pour right out of the box– then on the first filter change the entire water reservoir warped and wouldnt fit back into the pitcher and the filter would no longer fit either
What i dont like is that after 3 weeks of use it started leaking water thru the handle the upper part of the water does not fit well
I love the design the filters the quality of the filtration
