Cons

Not just leaking but water sprays everywhere and just makes a mess. The switch feels cheap and it can be hard to turn. They leak big time. It gets worse with time, leaking more and more.

Great idea, sub par product. Brita needs to really qc their product before releasing it to the market. This product is complete garbage.

The connector never properly fit onto my (very standard run of the mill) tap. Comes with 3 different tap adaptors none of which fits my very standard kitchen tap.

This is especially disappointing for the premium chrome model.
