Pros

Saves so much time and money without needing to fill up water bottles. It definitely makes the water taste less chemically. My granny loves it.

Cons

I only hope they will honor the 1-year warranty. Unfortunately for me they are only open monday - friday, which, unfortunately for them, has resulted in my venting within this customer review.

Brita filters are not very good compared to pur. The most recent, updated version that has the indicator built in to the base, that i purchased on january 30, is already nonfunctional. The water is cloudy after days of use.

Leaks out the screw on connection to faucet. Wouldn’t fit my spigot. Leaks from the top (small holes develop)? Water leaks out after being shut off. It is not a simple fix as if it were leaking from the connector to the f sink.
